About Me

David Fite is recognized as one of the most accomplished and well recognized retail restaurant brokers in New Mexico. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, David worked for one of the largest privately owned wine distributors which allowed him to build strong and lasting relationships with restaurateurs throughout the Southwest. David is an extremely talented broker that is well versed on understanding what it takes to make a restaurant successful and how to factor that into commercial real estate negotiation. David represents some of the largest publicly traded restaurant companies in New Mexico such as Brinker International (Chilis/Maggianos) and Outback Steakhouse. He is known by his clients and fellow brokers as being a strong negotiator and a powerful communicator.

Outside of work David is a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He enjoys utilizing the Southwest Landscape through fishing, mountain biking and hunting.
